How can you make the Great Commission a filter for your life? In what areas can this filter change how you are living now or in the future?

"So when they had come together, they asked Him, "Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Isreal?" He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." And when He had said these things, as they were looking on, He was lifted up, and a cloud took Him out of their sight." -Acts 1:6-8

What is the difference between doing something for someone motivated out of loyalty, thankfulness, duty, obligation or compulsion?

"Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw Him they worshiped Him, but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
