So today I made a conviction to read reviews of movies before I go and see them. Today I went last minute to see a movie with a few friends from the Rock here in Minneapolis. I assumed it would be fine, so I went along. BIG mistake. We saw the new Rambo movie-- I didn't even know what it WAS til it started. It was the worst movie I think I've ever seen. Non-stop violence, gore, language and just plain stuff that made me feel sick to my stomach. I ended up covering my eyes for about half of it. I don't know how anyone can possibly sit through a movie like that and think it's awesome. I just can't possibly understand. Not edifying at ALL.
Moral of the story... I will be reading reviews of movies BEFORE going to them from this day forward.

Troy and I read a review for a movie before we went to go see it. We wanted to see why it was rated "R." Well, it said that it was rated that because of language! WRONG!! There were like 3 sex scenes and female parts. AWKWARD! So, I'd read more than one review if I were you :)
